REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY: 303 BLUE

1. RETAINER & DEPOSIT

To secure our services and initiate the onboarding process, all Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated project cost (or the first month’s service fee) upfront.

  • Work will not commence until this payment is received and cleared.
  • This deposit covers initial resource allocation, infrastructure setup, and data consultation.

2. NO REFUNDS AFTER COMMENCEMENT

303 Blue maintains a strict No Refund Policy once work has begun. "Commencement of work" is defined as any of the following actions:

  • The initial discovery call or data strategy session has been conducted.
  • Access has been granted to Client data sources (APIs, CSVs, SQL databases, etc.).
  • Custom dashboard configuration or predictive model training has started.

3. HIGH-RISK INDUSTRY STIPULATION

Given the volatile nature of the Cannabis and Psychedelics industries, 303 Blue is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, any of the following:

  • Regulatory Changes: If a client’s license is revoked or local laws change mid-project.
  • Banking Failures: If a client loses access to their bank account and cannot continue the project.
  • Federal Action: If a client’s operations are suspended by federal authorities.
  • Industry "Shitshows": Any internal pivot, business failure, or partnership dissolution on the Client’s end.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

For clients on a recurring monthly analytics plan:

  • Notice Period: Cancellation requires 15 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will have access to your dashboards until the end of the current billing period, at which point access will be revoked.

5. CHARGEBACK PROHIBITION

Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback with their credit card issuer or bank for any fees paid to 303 Blue. If a Client initiates a chargeback in violation of this policy, 303 Blue reserves the right to:

  1. Immediately terminate all data services.
  2. Report the account to collections.
  3. Seek reimbursement for the original fee plus any legal and administrative costs associated with disputing the chargeback.

6. EXCEPTIONS

At the sole discretion of 303 Blue management, a partial credit (not a refund) toward future services may be issued if a project is paused due to extreme circumstances. This is a courtesy and not a contractual obligation.


CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

By paying the 30% deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
